HP OMEN 45L RTX 3080 Gaming PC Deal
The 2022 OMEN 45L is HP’s flagship gaming PC. We haven’t really seen any mainstream vendor feature a more rugged cooling system than what we see here. The 45L is a voluminous chassis with three intake fans for excellent airflow. Even more impressive is the beefy 240mm liquid cooling system (upgradeable to 360mm for $80) mounted in its own compartment at the top of the case, dubbed the “Cryo Chamber”. That allows for cooling that rivals enthusiast DIY systems.

These are the newly redesigned HP ENVY, and OMEN models for 2022. For customizable configs, we’ve chosen upgrades that you don’t really want to do yourself, like CPU and GPU upgrades. We do leave the RAM and storage options completely stock, even if they would benefit from upgrades. HP Reverb G2 VR Headset for $299
For Black Friday, HP has just lowered the price of its HP Reverb G2 headset to only $299, a massive $300 price drop from its original $599 MSRP. That’s now $100 cheaper than the base model Meta Quest 2 and is now the VR headset to get for the budget conscious. The HP Reverb G2 is a phenomenal VR headset for VR sims like racing games and Microsoft Flight Simulator because of its superior display. It’s definitely a more recommended headset for that use than the Quest Pro, even when it was listed at a higher price. The Quest’s biggest claim to fame is untethered, standalone play, and that’s something no other VR headset can emulate. But if you don’t care for the untethered aspect, the G2 is a headset that’s superior to the Quest in many ways, and not just the price.
